French Class
Supported by our international volunteering programme we provide French as a Second Language (FSL) classes from beginners to intermediate level at our community center in Saadnayel. As public schools teach subjects in both Arabic and French or English, our FSL lessons provide linguistic support for vulnerable children who are registered in school, but have little opportunity to strengthen their second language beyond the school hours. Our FSL classes are also open to children, teens and adults with no schooling, providing valuable language skills and an opportunity to benefit from a school environment – a luxury most often taken for granted in the west.
